I did the roof on my 99' with rustoleum bedliner in the gallon can. I didn't use a roller i used a foam brush and it turned out really, really good. I did use alittle over half gallon on the roof lol. I first stripped the roof with stripper then used krudd kutters must for rust on the rust pits. After that was dry i used etching primer then sealer then spotfiller primer, 2 coats of industrial strenght rustoleum black, after that was dry i scuffed that with 320grit and applyed many coats of the rustoleum bedliner, almost 3/4 of a gallon lol. I shure hope its sealed

I used alittle under 2 bottles to do the roof. I used probably 1.6 bottles to do the back of the jeep, back of the seat, and the rear wheel wells. So about 50 bucks or so to do the roof, to answer your question.
It's holding up awesome! I've slid stuff across it, went wheeling through brush, its holding up well from the sun, and displaces water like it should. I would do the whole jeep if I didnt like the glossy green so much. Remember there's a tintable one incase you want a different color.
