Bumpers (still need trimming) front will get a winch eventually:
In process roof rack, still has a long way to go:
And a crappy switch box I hope to replace:
OBA tank mount:
Roof mounted amp, the wires for the speakers need to be hidden more (the headliner came with the jeep):
Ok, I'm done.

I have been working on this rack at my work after hours. We can't have cameras there, uranium ore processing mill with a pretty good metal shop. Still need wind deflector and bed liner it.

It took a while to build and it would take a while to explain. In a nut shell it is mdf board cut to fit the opening, sealed with silicone, screwed in to the panel, coated with body filler, sanded, sanded, sanded, primed, sanded.....you get the idea. The rack is made of steal rod, threaded on the ends, nuts, washers, aluminum cross brace, drilled and taped, bolted the amp to it, wired and viola...a finished box/rack. by the way it fits real good because it is an 8" sub. I tried it with a 10" but cold not get the proper air space for it. (I refuse to port a sub)
