detour i agree on the thicker metal looking better but thicker metal tends to retain heat especially if its a trail rig it wont be goin fast enough to cool the thiicker metal

Have you worked out a fastening system?
Whats your plan?
I've given this thought in the past, but never pursue'd it, my hands are too full as it is.

Well i was thinkin bout havin them make about a 1" bend at the bottom and drilling holes in the bumper and having them shape the top like the original grille and hav the stock mounting screws on the top. I hav a winch bumper so it will work for mine idk bout a stock bumper. Or iv thought bout jus bending some tube around the edge and welding it to the tube then bolting the tube to the bumer. And yeah i was goin to jus put a big JEEP in the middle of mine but my buddy give me this idea and my girlfriend drew it out and i cut it out and that took all day to cut (blisters on 3 fingers) deffinatly not as easy as i thought it was gonna b!

Hmmm, my thoughts were to cut the verticals from the grill, retain the outter perimiter.......this can vary between years, but the center of the grill area is farely consistant......

Another note, if you can transfer your template into a blue print kind of drawing, with dimensions......it should cost less, otherwise someone at the shop will have to do it.......time = $$...just a thought.
