So the bumper is welded to the tow hook brackets? I like it. Simple, inexpensive and something anyone that can weld can do.
About the only thing I think I would do different would be to have frame tie in plates go back farther, and carry through to the front bar. And attach the clevis mount to that tie in plate. And maybe clear the tow hooks better so you could have kept both bolts in the hooks. Keeps more of the bumper as part of the vehicles structure, makes for a stronger pull.

just had to say very nice may be my next front bumper too. i did see where you said you made it out of .120 wall but i may have missed the size of the tube what was it?
