Update....well the axle is back under the jeep. Sorry I didn't get any I between pics, was working on a deadline from the wife, lol!!! But here's a few shots of how it looks now. Still have the steering stabilizer/future hydro-assist mounts to do...but it's drive able.
Oh ya, all that sliver stuff is anti-seize. You don't do any mods in the northeast without it!!!

Jeep looks awesome!! just some advise you should not use anti seize on the caliper slide pins. Most anti sieze is petroleum based which will swell and deteriorate the rubber dust covers. You should use a caliper slide specific lube. not telling you how to do things, just saying...

Thanks everybody, it was a great project and something I've always wanted to do.
As far as the anti-seize.....you are right, but didn't have any caliper lube, nor does anything last long enough with the salt and snow during the winter.

Ya, I doubt you had TRE roll with that setup. I should have noticed that your drag link went over to your knuckle.
Here is mine, you can see the spacers I installed (aluminum) to control the rolling. Stupid Rusty's junk; I should have done more research about TRE roll effects; creates one hell of a dead spot.

Axle looks awesome man! Was wondering if you could snap a few more pics of how you built the truss with the diffcover bolting to it. I really like that idea and would like to do something like that with my truss
