i have seen atoz fabrication but they dont really have XJ stuff dose anyone know of any sights that you can buy parts that you have to weld/put together and DIY XJ sights?

 

quadratec.com there are a whole lot of companies, but what do u mean by put together what parts or things are u wabting to put togther

 

like fabrication stuff, what i mean is that you buy the steel already cut/stamped out from them and then you put it together like a kit.. like ik they make bumpers like taht but i cant find just XJ stuff.

yeah iron just sells bumoers, im just looking for DIY companies so i can keep em in my mind when i build something next like my rear bumper or W/e

grandfather has one!! but yeah 16 yo budget with a XJ that got smashed by a tree while parked budget hoping the insurance will cover the damage... good idea but yeah not enought money to say so right now..

 

I had ten times the usible amount of money when i was 16. Im 25, married (stupid) with two kids. not only do i have less usible money but less time. If i didnt have trouble sleeping i wouldnt get **** done

I have made many of things with a 4in grinder with a cut off wheel and a borrowed welder. check out my bumper(in build page), thats all i used to make it

 

iv seen it lol. iv got a band saw, grinders, metal cutting chop saw, welder to my disposal (only have to buy the wire to feed the beast!!),jig saw, tin snips, use to have a mate cutting skill saw (it died), cheapo pipe bender (sukcs) and an alum. brake (need to make a sheet metal one if anybodys got dimenstions!!) drill press, bench grinder, drills.....ECT ECTECT.. not Oa torches tho : ( no plasma cutters, just propane torches (wish i had a map gas torch : ) )!!

 

Then you have more fab equip than i have. start turning stuff out.

I use forums to get most of my ideas. write ups on naxja are good. Or if your reall ambitious get on pirate and check there stuff out. Its amazing just dont ask stupid questions or you will get flamed in a heart beat
