Its definitely not the best or nicest out there I agree but hey its my first one, give me some credit for trying

i did give credit for trying....said it looks good. i wouldnt try pulling from it. i think d-ring tabs are a bad idea on this bumper. it just wouldnt be safe for you or anyone around it during a pull. just lookin out for a fellow jeeper. just my opinion.

if you mount the d-ring directly to a solid frame mount and just have it come through a square cut hole in the bumper i thing it would be plenty strong, and you could just weld the bumper around it for asthetics.

its a good first bumper, a little thin in my opinion...but now that you've got an idea how it all comes together, building a bigger stronger one down the line should be easy.

Im using some 2x4" square tubing to mount it with im cutting out the sub frame holes and sliding the tubing in there to make my mounts I think if I mount my d rings directly behind it they would hold, but I think I will take everybodys advice and make a thicker one down the road with a winch plate, wasn't trying to be a douche with the credit comment just felt like u were hatin put a lot of time and in it I was afraid It might be to thin but beggers can't be choosers

the 10 gauge is fine if you are just a weekend warrior. and like some one else said if you put on d ring mounts make they are welded directly to the mounts. i love running a press brake, its about half of my job. what kind of machine are using?

I run anywhere from 35 ton to 600 ton straight side presses and shears I've ran our press brakes but I can't set em up yet, I like the job its good pay and all the overtime I want, plus the goverment jobs I get to do.
