Like what you did.. but think It would have been easier to instal a fuel cell.

Maybe, but when you add in the cost of the cell and the fuel pump and sending unit I'm more than happy with what I did...

Besides, I would have still wanted to build an enclosure around the cell, and would have been forced to open the hatch to fill up with gas. Instead of using the factory position like I currently am

Here's the clearance I have with it sitting on the seam. It's almost level with the frame but it's not permanently mounted yet so I might bring it up a lil higher.

i have 170 into my fuel cell set up, bought the cell used for 60 then the pump was 80 then 30 into a sending unit. nice job though looks good!

Not everyone can get the used parts at the prices you did.

At least all the parts, except the metal for the box, are pretty much in the truck already.

Like I said.. The work you did was super clean.

I have substantially more in my fuel cell setup, but it was faster and easier to setup in my opinion.

Nah, I understand it man. I just had my own preferences, ya know?

I would have probably done a fuel cell though if I chopped the top

Thanks, I set mine ontop of a 1x1" frame. Its still removable and serviceable

they are just ran through a hole i cut in the floor, ill be cleaning that up though soon.
