Helped a buddy of mine install it on his XJ. Its beefy as hell, but also a HUGE PITA to install.

Ever drilled steering knuckles out to 5/8"? you gotta do that with this kit, along with drilling and tapping holes through the front face of the knuckle.
pfft, you call drilling em' to 5/8" bad? I had to drill mine to 7/8" yesterday, then the pitman arm today! (Serious Steering)
(Sorry, couldn't help it, I'm tired and my arms are ready to fall off)

I don't think it adds any. It brings the geometry to stock if not better.

Why wouldn't it come pre drilled? They claim the kit is 100% bolt on, guess they lie! Either way, still interested. Do you think this kit would work for a D44? Says it's designed for a D30.

Some have had good results with RR customer service, but MOST have had very bad experiences. Avoid this company.

He's got 35 baja claws on and, with 4.88 gears, hasnt had any issues with the steering but he's been through about a half dozen axle shafts in the past year.

sitting on 8" of lift the steering and trackbar geometry are better than stock, with way stronger parts..

The kit is pre-drilled, however to install the kit, you have to drill out the knuckles to 5/8" along with drilling and tapping the front face of the knuckle to bolt the bracket on.

It would probably work on the hybrid D30/D44 TJ rubicon front axles, but not on a regular D44. The kit is really designed around the XJ HP D30 and the knuckles that go along with it.

Ive dealt with them a couple times, never had any issues and they've been decently helpful. They make good stuff though.
