wait till you hear how i fixed mine..mine were extremely hard and heavy to hold open, so i would use a pear of vice grips to clamp on the strut, well one day i was closing it, and it felt hard to close it.(vice grips were still on there) i forgot they were there, so i slammed the trunk lid shut, i thought i had broken something for sure, but when i opened it the vice grips had fallen off, and since then it lifts and stays open by itself..lol
just thought i would sare my accidental fix with you guys

Lift off doors. The rewiring for quick disconnect had me wooped before I could do the rear doors.

Made a front hitch out 1/4 steel tubing and 1/4 plate heres how i mounted it to the uni body i welded a 1/4 steel plate on the front of the uni body on both sides still gotta finish welding a little bit but i tested it out and it holds will get more pics tomorrow

Theres a plate welded to the uni body which is 1/4 inch steel and the hitch i made is 1/4 steel this is a picture of how i mounted it but tomorrow i will get pics of the hitch it self and the 1/4 on the frame will help to stiffen it these are $****Y welds on the 1/4 plate to the uni body tomorrow im going to fix them but i had to pull some one out and it held

I always hated those wheels but the black makes them look good! What were they thinkin with gold anyway? LOL

Seriously they were ugly and I don't wanna spend 200 bucks on new ones so stripped primed and painted
