the one by itself in the picture is an extra. the one I used is in the bundle tucked behind the factory rail next to the hole I put in my roof. I taped it all up so no water or anything can get in while it is connected and I used shrink tube to cover the wires.

Time to upgrade the ZJ
Tax return is in and I will be building a swing down tire carrier for the hitch along with a jerry can holder. This will also be with some other bolt on items such as a brush guard new alternator, exhaust manifold, steering stabilizer, and shock boots. I will be posting the whole build as soon as the parts arrive.

The parts are in and the new mod begin. This weekend I will be mounting the hitch and brush guard. I will also be preparing the new used wheel by cleaning, sanding and painting to match the other wheels on the ZJ.

dude I love it! I'd like to do mine gun metal to match my XJ. Did you have to do anything special for the threading so the oil cap fits or did you just paint it all and screw the cap on a little tighter? Might do my valve cover tomorrow. need to change the gasket anyway might as well snazz it up a bit.
Here's mine after a fresh coat of paint:
