Homebrew Light Bar for Stock Bumper
Just finished my lightbar, I used 1-1/2" heavy tubing, cut, welded, and little grinding! I used the 5" inch slim Pro Comp lights. I mounted it in the factory holes that are in the bumper. Painted it with Rustolium "HAMMERED" paint, a good paint to hide any small imperfection! What do you think?

Nice! I'm gonna do that on my Jeep. I like how the tubing is kinda flared where it meets the bumber, it makes a great transition to the bumber. Could you give more details on how it was attached to the bumber?

The tubing was a straight piece, I angle cut it to the right pitch and welded it, I was going to use a tubing bender, but i felt the round bends won't look good. At the bottom I flared out the inside with weld and ground it out smooth. It come out better than I thought it would.

what ever degreee final angle you want divide it by to and cut out those 2 degrees on eith side of the pipe. then manually pull the pipe together so the angle meet and reweld. the result will be the final degree you wanted.
2 45 degree angles put together equal a 90. i built my bumper using the same techinique. but yours is WAY cleaner
