Looks real nice! I am in the begining stages of making some (aka finding metal and actually starting the fab) for my 96 and ur lights gave me an idea.

Rusty's Off Road and JCR make them for '96 and older XJ's

JCR and Mafia Motor Works make them for '97 and newer XJ's

As for lights, grommets, and connectors, go to www.etrailer.com

It's too bad that you aren't interested in making these to sell, although I certainly understand why you wouldn't. They're the nicest looking ones I've seen, and I just don't have the tools or work space to fab them myself. I bet if you sold them as blanks (holes not cut for the lights) you'd find a lot of people wanting a pair. They look really great, and match the body lines way better than the usual rectangular box.
