i havent worked on the jeep a lot lately due to being sick most this week but i got to work on it for a couple hours today. i got started on tying the cage into the frame, im going to be doing this by tying the cage plates into the rock sliders im building
i cut and notched the passenger side tubes for the rocksliders
the tubes cut and notched for the cage plates
tacked in place

Also you should run those cage mounting bolts down to flatten out the "rib" in the floor. Any kind of hard hit and that will compress, flattening the floor out, lossening the bolts and creating a "shear point". just my 2 cents.

progress looks good, but a bit of advise, you should weld a plate to the uni body "frame rail" or add stiffeners now. You dont want to weld the cage there without support, the cage will tear the sheet metal right out of that section.

ill definitley tighten those bolts down some more, i looked at my B pillar cage plate and those have the ribs flattened out. the A pillars werent all the way tight because i just snugged up the bolts after drilling the holes, thanks
i took a break from the cage work to finish my 3 link so i dont have much to update this thread with

Here's some pics of the 3 link
Upper link bracket I built
Ruffstuff frame side bracket
I built the lowers out of 2" .250 wall dom and the upper out of 1 3/4" .120 wall dom for the upper
I put the upper on the frame side through the floor so I cut a piece of 1/4" plate and rossete welded it to the frame and I'm gonna plate the floor around the bracket so I can add some gussets
