Default need lid for snork!

Ok, this my first post and I'm looking a cool scoop of some kind for the intake on my redneck engineer'd snorkel. It's made of 3in exhaust pipe with 1 bend and stock filter box plus some black pvc under the hood (look'in good). If you've got an idea let me know and if you want to talk **** go to toyota site and talk about 22r's, IFS and stuff.

Default My 7 year old tests snork!!!

So I used the top of a hot tub pump to top off my snork, its glued to 3in pvc so I can turn it for hard rain road driving (Washington state). Sorry it took me so long to re-post but was having to much fun to sit down. We put the toys on trailer and ran some events at the Cadillac Ranch for mothers day weekend. My jeep got another 1st place in 4/6 cyl drags & my son dustin drove it right in and out of the bog both runs for the kids class. Check out his run on youtube!!! PS I was very proud of my 7yr old son & my jeep this weekend. Dustin Wins the Kids Championship of Mud Bogs at Cadillac Ranch Motor Sports

Default redneck snork

Ok I started by cutting a hole for 3in pvc in the back of the air box and fender. Then cut two 3in long 3in pvc chunks & glued one in the hole in the back of the box and glued a cap on the stock hole. Then a 90 deg. tube on the pvc out the back then other 3in chunk of pvc to connect the 90 deg. tube that sticks out of the fender. Then 3in exhaust pipe, Don't use pipe bender unless you want my wrinkles in your pipe (I should have used tube bender) also don't buy your 3in pipe on sunday from napa!! 90s came off jeeps at junk yard for $2, plus two clamps at parts store. Good luck with the cap.
