New Bumper
Well I spend a Sun and Mon working on this bumper and it's finally finished. Cannot wait to start the rear with the swing out tire carrier.

Thanks all.
Yup built in two days and it all started on a piece of paper. FISHIES848 has hooked me up with some good measurements for the rear as I will be doing a cut and fold and his design is what I was looking for. I've already drawn out the swing arm to hold a spare, and two Jerry Cans. Can't wait.

I used a 5' plate of 1/4" at 10" wide. This gave me enough room for the lights that go behind the "stinger" as well as the winch.

The winch is a 10000LB warn and mounting is like all other winches. Once the winch is sitting in there it won't seem so wide and only reason I went with a 10" plate is because the tubes are 2" wide and that gave plenty of room so the engine can breathe freely.
As far as a write up goes.... Well I think I may put something together. Thanks for the ideas.
