I really appreciate your fab skills. The way you have the weld seams in the plate so evenly is impressive, especially with all the angles. I know this only comes with a lot of prep work. Great job and thanks for sharing

ah... i see now, you kept the plastic on bottom as well, didn't see that you still have the fog lights down there, mine were rusted out and I have trimmed the plastic lip off my bumper like many others,
painted up and put together makes for a very smart looking bumper like it alot.
still waiting to find out how you beefed up the rear for tire swingout

soooo asking you to build me one is out of the question because you dont want it looking like everyone elses i have to say i love it its simple and effective with out making it look like a steel beem that has no shape
one question though is there something supporting the end caps under neth?

Under the end caps is the factory bumper...I just cut them perfectly to match the new one and then welded them on.

best bumper ive ever seen! i would love to have one just like it!! i like the backbone but i would want a more beefy metal bumper like this one on the trails and i also dont like the backbone system makes the winch cover up so much of the front. i would worry about air getting to the radiator with the winch up high like that. this system drops it down. two thumbs up!
