I think if you replicated the plastic pieces out of metal to keep the stock look and made everything one piece it would look a lot more complete and less out of place.

That'd be hard to fab, the caps are so rounded it would take forever lol

because it can always be made better...if we weren't trying too, yours would still be stock now wouldn't it........you have the skills the stock ends will fold under any hit...i mow over trees with my homebrew just think about the durability..and you can add them later.

The first wheel produced was made out of concrete..... see why it was re-invented??? After seeing the fab skills you have, I think replicating those end caps out of metal would be a piece of cake. Just cut some metal piping up for the rounded parts. It doesn't have to look 100% like it does stock. If you get the basic shape of the stock end caps nobody will notice that they aren't an exact replica. I definitely think you can, and should do it.

I love it! Its the first off road front bumper that actually makes the jeep look better IMO. I would definitely buy one and get it powder coated black.. hm... anyways keep up the good work! I'd love to see it with a small hoop or lights on it.

I had some DIY Pieces that I used. Worked great after I cut them to fit my bumper!
