its more like oem, or maybe advance, fab is when you are making something from scratch. ur not doing that

Haha I want to do exactly the opposite with my rig. If your Xj is an older model you won't need new door panels... just cut a hole for the window crank. You can either leave the switches there or swap out the inner door handle with one from a manual windows Xj. It's a seperate piece from the door panel.
