Thanks everyone. I wanted a roofrack because we do alot of camping and couldnt stomach paying over 300 bucks for one. I have a welder and use to do alot of welding on offroad trucks and drag cars, so I did it. Could of came out better but it works..

I do a lot of camping out of my Jeep also and I'm starting to see a lot of people make roof racks now lol Its making me want to build one myself

Dude, that look sick.. My buddy is going to help me out on welding part Dam me had to be a Graphic Designer and cant weld for life depending on me haha..
could you send me your spec's so i could try to make one like yours because yours look perfect and cool.
What kind of steel did you get?
length? width? stuff like that haha.

I used
3/4 square tubing .065 wall about 70 feet, wont need that much but incase you screw up somewhere.
It is 60 inches long (front to back)
46 inches width.
If you have have factory roof rails, you will have to measure yours for width they might be a little diffrent.
If you need anything else let me know.
Remember measure twice cut once.
