i love being in the military. just like most jobs though gotta take the good with the bad ya know what i mean. dont get me wrong i would love to do fabrication for a living

 

yeah iv always wanted to and i started doing it just to get by but now its kind of taken off it does have its bad parts with the mostly good, that type of work does keep you in good shape even though you wouldnt think that it would be very demanding as far as the physical part would go but it is

 

oh yeah i keeps you out in the heat sweeting. then the heat of the welder/grinder. i know i built my roof rack, sliders, front bumper and sweet was pouring like crazy.

 

yeah but its fun and i love seeing my progression and being able to weld. i didnt realize how much i was working until i saw a guy quote me in this thread saying i had build 46 racks last month and its jumped to 72 as of today and 2 bumpers now. it is definitely alot of fun. i just get up at 5 am and im done by the hottest part of the day then i jump in the pool and relax
im diabetic so i couldnt join the military, iv wanted to be a marine or sf since i was a little kid
