I like that bumper a lot! I think it would look better with a little bigger tubing and have it running around towards the fenders. Not sure who made a bumper like that. Id have to look for it. But looks good!

Thanks. Yea i would've rather had it follow the front on around but i have no way of bending tube. Plus i don't have any other size tubing. I've got $17 in this build so i can't complain.

Got my tabs in today.
Gotta trim them down. They are 4.75" long and my bumper's flat surface is only about 3.5" so ima trim 'em on the band saw Sat if i get time.
Things are heavy...
Going to plug weld em on the back side in two spots on each one along with welding them on the front.

Looks good! Though if I was you, I would of taken the 1/4 plate you used to make the mounts and ran them past the bumper then welded a 1/4 plate on each side of that. Then drilled the 1" hole for the D rings to go through. Cheaper and stronger than a weld on mount, in my opinion. That's what I did when I made my rear bumper/tire carrier. Took the 3/8 square tubes that went in the unibody and cut all but one side off and stuck them through slots on the bumper and then welded the 3/8 to the bumper, then cut some 1/4 plate and welded that to both sides of the 3/8 piece sticking out and the bumper. Then drilled the hole.
That just sounds a lot stronger because you are not just pulling against welds, your pulling on the whole mounting structure.

Little more work. Still gotta hit 'em with the Miller and RLY burn 'em in.
Yes i know they aren't straight up and down but i decided i didn't want to cut em up and i'd rather have all the surface area i could to weld on. Plus its different.

Looks good, you don't have to be like everyone else. A Pro to building something yourself, get to think outside the box.

What did you do with the brackets where the horns mount? I was thinking about just takin them out, but do you need to build a new bracket or is it ok to just get rid of it?
