I really like your design. I am currently scouting out new bumper ideas so when I get time and money, I can make one that doesn't have a bend upwards on the passenger side from falling in a hole.
One thing asthetically I would change would be to add a second or maybe third bar going to the edge of the vehicle, but I would cut each one shorter so as to follow the angle that you cut on the ends of the first ones.

Its eventually going to get a gusset on both sides from the bottom of the bumper to the tubes on the side. For strength and aesthetics also. Thank you.

Love the simplicity of this bumper and build! This gave me some new ideas for mine! Great work

Its cool, when i'm done burning them in, they ain't gonna come off.
Thanks for the idea. Im building mine just like this. But with the mounting plates extended for the eyes. Im using 1/4" plate for the mounts and 2x6 1/4 tube for the actuall bumper. Then in the long run ill extend off the pipe and start my lower exo cage there and tying into the rock sliders.

I think that needs a 220 plug, though.

Very true, Lincoln makes some nice stick welders though, if you can work out the plug situation lol
