Ok. But everything should now be considered public access. Just google PA tint laws and add PDF if u want something to save. I always search for PDF's. I don't have someone's explanation. I get the law or documentation.

I was looking at 35%, I googled images of cars that have 35% Tint and it looks the same darkness. I read this, http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/consumers.aspx?id=295
It says have greater than 70% I don't know much about tint, But I see lots of cars around me that have looks to be 5% Very dark and can't even see inside the car.

From what I was told, 20% was offered. It may have changed, but the darker the tint the brighter the lights will need to be. On a bright day, spray the tint with soap and water, place it on the cleaned window and look through it inside and out. 5% is very dark. My cousin has it on his car, took a week to adjust to it.
