You have to cut the leaf perches off the axle in order to make it a bolt in affair with an XJ.

i thought waggy axles were full width?

if the donor vehicle isnt a wagoneer what is it out of then?

Nope, just a couple inches longer, which means about an inch per side which i've taken care of with some 4.75" backspaced wheels.

Annnnnd, it's a Wagoneer front D44.....which means it's from a Jeep Wagoneer.

Waggy 44 was the swap of choice when doing a SFA in a Tacoma, after I rolled my Tacoma I sold the 44 I had intended to swap in, wish I had it back!
