Are you gonna be hooking up your sway-bar or run without it? I would like to use one but I don't know if the factory one will work. I'm definitely not paying 500 bucks for that Currie setup I've seen!

What was the final cost on your HP 44 build? I'm lookin to either gettin a HP44 or just gettin chromoly shafts and a locker for my Dana 30. I'm not goin big anytime soon biggest ill be goin for now is 33s and it's a daily driver. If I'm puttin in a HP44 then I'm gonna be buildin a 9inch as well where if I just beef up my Dana 30 I'm gonna get chromolys and a locker for the rear Dana 35 as well probably with a C-clip eliminator.

I paid around $2500 bucks for mine but pretty much used all new and better than stock parts.
The inverted-T steering with 1-ton TRE's is complete and installed. Wish I would have just done a cross-over setup with custom track bar and axle mount from the beginning. Would have cost me the about the same, but I didn't know much about it at the time. Will be converting to it once I get custom long arms.

Nope I wont be running a swap bar. Dident on my last one eather. And drove 80 up I70 and all and never was scared. I will run a antirock once I link the rear, but not till then.

Are you gonna be running a true high-steer or just a cross-over setup? I was planning on using the other track bar mount T&T makes(pictured) just for a cross-over setup. Or go with something custom like what Josh has under his green Jeep. He told me the longer the track bar, the better.

I ran into a little trouble and thought I should share what's going on. The front lower bar pin eliminators interfere a bit with the rubicon express axle mounts. I don't know if this would be a problem with stock mounts on a Dana 30, but it looks like I'm gonna have to remove some metal for the lower shock to fit It's all the small things that are giving me the most trouble and taking the most time. Oh well... ***** happens. I guess another storm is supposed to hit Denver tonight or tomorrow, which is good cause I'm not gonna take the Jeep out until it gets nicer and not have to worry about something happening while a blizzard is coming down and I'm stuck on the side of the road.
Anyone else know about this?

Do you have to drill holes for em? Cant you just rotate 90°? And here I am trying to find axles with the proper gearing for under 500, this thing looks like some Grade A ribeye man.

The RE mounts have nuts welded to the back of them. Stock mounts just have holes and the bolt slides though and you attach them with nylock nuts underneath the mount.
I might drill out the holes and use the nuts that came with bar pin eliminators and see if that will work. Cutting the mounts is gonna be a huge PITA!

I just drilled them out and I still need to remove some metal in the gold square I drew. I would try to drill the holes larger but there wouldn't be enough metal left and I'm not risking that.

Took me forever to remove the metal. Only way I could do it was with a dremel with a cut off wheel. Sure wish I had a plasma cutter!
I'm noticing that my pinion may be off because the coils are bending towards the front of the Jeep. I set the control arms at the proper length. The chart I found says to set the upper and lower control arms at 17 inches with 6 inches of lift. What's the best way to fix this? Extend the lowers or retract the uppers?
