I would say push the whole axle forward.
From what i gather those measurements would be only to keep the castor/camber in check for lifting, but this doesn't mean the front wheel is centered in the wheel opening.
Extend both upper and lower.

Thank you! I didn't think of that. I'm guessing there's no chart for how much to extend the control arms? Just trial and error...

Hold a plumb bob down from the coil tower and see how far off it is?
Now that measurement won't be how far to extend the arms due to there angle.

Are you gonna be running a true high-steer or just a cross-over setup? I was planning on using the other track bar mount T&T makes(pictured) just for a cross-over setup. Or go with something custom like what Josh has under his green Jeep. He told me the longer the track bar, the better.
For you caster and all dont go off what people say. You have to adjust and see, then adjust and see try and error. Thats all you can do. Theres never a really set number for when your doing customs **** man lol. Plus with running hubs, you dont have to worry to much about pinion angle, since your drive shaft is not turning. So just get you caster right and not worry to much about pinion.

Just a cross over. Drag link on the Hi steer arm, and tie rod otk. I wont have enough room to run a true high steer I dont think. So no biggie at all. I got there high steer bracket. Ya this is true. The longer the better. But sometimes you cant fit it, and theres only enough room for what you have.

Do I have to remove everything like the track bar, steering, and shocks to be able to move the axle forward? I'm guessing it would make it easier???

The lower coil and shock mounts weren't sitting level and causing my coils to bow out towards the front of the Jeep. I know Josh set the pinion angle for my specific lift, so I wasn't sure what was going on and why my coils weren't straight. I'm pretty sure my axle isn't centered(front to back) so I'm going to adjust my control arms to push the axle forward.

why is is hard? Adjust the lowers so the axle is centered at full compression, then adjust the uppers so the pinion angle/castor is correct.

Dude, I've never done this before and and working with minimal tools.
Got the axle as close to center and level as I could possibly get it. I know it's not perfect so I'm taking the Jeep in on Thursday to have everything fine tuned and aligned. Also got the brakes bled. And what idiot decided to put the brake bleeder valve facing straight up?!
