That is awesome!!!! I'm thinking about patching my floor, though. Not the whole thing. I've just got a small hole in the rear drivers side around the wheel well. I'm thinking about coating the whole thing, though & that just looks awesome!!! Great job!!

So I got raven to help out with the scuffing and wiping everything down with xeylol so I could spray the final coat of chassis saver on the floor tonight.
Because, this is going down tomorrow afternoon thanks to magnet paints, Eric is awesome
There are no pictures of the chassis saver after I sprayed it in, because the light I left hanging on the inside of the jeep (couldnt get it out with the entire floor wet LOL) really screwed them up with bad reflections everywhere.

Great write up. Question; I just purchased a flux core welder so I could do a floor replacement on my wife's Cherokee. The welder is rated to do up to 3/16 metal. Should be fine for the floor right? Also should I use shielding gas when doing the floor or just stick to the flux core wire? Sorry for the simple questions but this is my first time with a welder and I'm learning as I do things.

Second coat time.
somewhere in these pics I switched to the third coat ( I knwo you rollers only do 2 coats, I did 3 realllly nice good coats and still had a little monsta left over, I ran out of temp, day light and energy to lay any more down it dropped down to like 40 degrees.
and OMG look at that sexy texture (this was after second coat)
and my fone had like grilling to the back of it, and anyways, it sucked, so I monstalinered it really fast while I was spraying, one fast pass loll
it looks so amazing in person, I never want to use paint again, i'll gladly monstaliner everything I ever own from here on out.
Big thanks to Eric from magnet paints on this one, you rock!
if the pictures go dead its because the fans on these awesome forums of my builds crash my photobuckets bandwidth on a regular basis, and I cannot afford to go pro.

the gloss black is chassis saver, its similer to por 15, but way better and less expensive.
The grey is monstaliner, it is bed liner / jeep tub liner, except its uv permenant, which means it will not dry out or fade in sunlight, 2 things herculiner will always do.
The stuff is awesome, when sprayign or rolling you dictate the texture to an extent by how you spray / roll it. However unlike most bedliners, monstaliner is easy to clean.
Its the best option as far as a liner goes, its as good if not better than liners like line x, but its diy, and it comes in a ton of colors now, with more launching on a regular basis.
