when i met my now wife, I told her. I have a race car. it comes before anything else. when i have an event on the weekend, expect me to be doing nothing but working on it if need be.
She would bring a folding chair, booze and school work over to the garage and sit, watch and do her work to spend time with me.
She actually learned a ton, and feels the need to explain to people the difference between a spool and open diff way more than anyone should lol.
Now she is my wife, and understands still, but there is some compromise. But it never fails, on the weekend, she will be sitting outside on our wall in the driveway, drinking, doing work for her masters, watching me work, asking when we are going wheeling, and brushing up on her differential knowledge. (lockers are her new thing since I dont have anything with a spool at the moment)

lucky man...where can i find one of them....when im working on the jeep, i get bothered every five min or just rushed to get done
