if you read the link to greatlakes 4x4 it says he replaces the radiator, radiator hoses, temp sensors and then put in a 160 degree t-stat for "extra cooling"
sounds like someone has a cooling problem, lol 17k for a jeep that probably overheats

Think it gets bad mpg with that lift and those tires, imagine it not running at proper temp.

Man I have been cracking up over this all morning reading all the posts... this is one of my favorites:
