Since I see this all the time, I might as well have gotten a wheel up shot of it flexing.
Xj's are like a freaking fungus, they grow on you and then they spread like tribbles.

thanks
Hey, the visor came off a late 80s ford ranger. I did trim to fit however. The tires are 32x11.5 BF Goodrich KM1
Funny that you mention it, I just finished swapping the motor. The head gasket popped on that one. Back to 140k lol
It has a 5.5" lift, no trimming.
Glad to help out, you have a nice example, with the awesome high back seats

thanks for the info fedx95, i finally found this thread again cause i checked back in my e-mails, i've been in so many threads looking at all these cherokee's and got lost. so now i'm saving the last page of the thread in my favorites so i can remember were i was. getting old and losing my mind.
so any way i like the idea of the visor and i'm kinda steering toward a lund just waiting to see if there's any negative things about them, as for lift I might go for a couple of inches just for bigger tires cause i'm mainly on the road and i like a low look with big tires that stick out, and maybe throw bushwackers on.
again thanks, just keep posting pics of anything you do cause i'm sure it helps alot of people in deciding what they're looking for.

I just joined the club a few weeks ago, and now this one today. I want this to be a mild off roader for my daughters first car. I'm planning on 2.5" OME lift with a 1" body and 31x10.5s on stock rims.

It can be done just requires you to completely remove the unibody rails and replace with actual frame rails. In the end totally not worth all the fab for what you want
