Default 2001 jeep Cherokee idle issue

when I am idling it will run real ruff and then it will stall. this problem has just started there has been nothing leading up to it. when I am giving it gas it runs perfect; it doesn't even stutter. but the second I let it go to idle it starts shaking and stuttering and then it stalls.

Some things to check:

– Idle air control valve
– Make sure no coolant is leaking down the passenger side of the block
– Change air filter
– Make sure all your fuel injectors are 'clicking'

Thanks I checked my air filter, and there was no coolant. I also checked my fuel pressure it was exactly what should have been. so I decided to spray some chem b-12 in my throttle body and idle air control valve. I sprayed it in the idle air control valve while it was idling, and worked the throttle by hand to keep it running. after that so far it has ran smooth without stuttering. Thanks again for the recommendations.
