We just got this liberty in today and the general thought in the shop is this is the uglyest liberty ever built. What do you guys think?

It won't even get the pentastar and 8-speed, it will keep the 3.7 and 4-speed. Only thing good about it is the 4.0 V6 option, which feels like our 4.0's would be like if they were built today, very torquey and quick(even in a Pacifica rental)

I have a 2010 for a DD. Didn't care much for the looks but it is nice inside. I fitted a Wrangler bumper to the front and removed the front flares. Mostly because I ripped the front bumper off the first week I had it oops.

At least now I have tow points lol. I do have to say the brake lock diff is BA. Hard to get stuck with that system.

There is no 4.0 v6 option for the liberty only the nitro. no they are still using the chrysler 8.25 solid axle. i think they should put that 3.6 in it. they are such dogs with that 3.7

yea thats true and thats why i have always wondered why they never put a 4.0 v6 in the liberty. they should have put it in the renegade or jet versions of the liberty.

Need a VM Diesel in it like its last generation...and a 6-speed. Put that in the Renegade trim and just MAYBE I'll consider getting one. But for now not a chance.
