Go 4.5 mines 4.5 and is DD. It doesnt even sit as high because im on 31's. My rear sits higher than my front so I plan to add some pucks and add another inch or so of lift. Alsio lok into a Tcase drop.

Go with a. Clayton 3 link long arm on 3.5" springs. Properly bump-stopped and trimmed for 35's, Then add an exo cage ( That's what I would do, But that is what I am planning on doing with my XJ )

Yeah go with the 4.5, I just did my 3" lift about a month and a half ago and I'm already looking at doing the Rubicon 5.5 lift. I mean it looks good, but I want a little more clearance.

4.5" would be my happy medium between belly clearance and low center of gravity.
it's on Tom lets see who does it better

Well I had to do a little trimming of my front bumper and a little on the the flares on the front as they rubbed a little at full lock on flat ground. I have an aggressive tire, so maybe with an A/T tire it might not rub. That's why I would go with the 4.5 if you ever plan to do any type of offroading, you might experience some rubbing.
