Default 3 inch lift on 33s?

i have a 3 inch lift and i just got a set of 33 inch mud terrains and im wondering whats ganna have to be taken off to get them to fit on without too much rubbing

wheel spacers and cut flares will do it.

Stock rims will "tuck" the tire into the fender wells, the drawback is the limited steering. I'd cut and fold the rear, which will set your fender edge flush with the top wheel well, so rear offset is 100% up to you. For the front, remove the flares, and turn your wheel lock to lock. Mark the locations where it hits and trim. Then use a jack and jack up your rear tires one at a time to flex the front end to the maximum extent you would flex wheeling. Then mark the areas it hits and trim. Yes this may seem long and cumbersome vs just trimming by guessing, but as I learned the hard way, material is easy to remove, but near impossible to add. Once your satisfied, jack up your rear tires one. at a time until your tire is half to a quarter inch away from contacting the fender, and lengthen your bumpstops accordingly.

they look too big for the XJ. jsut my .02 but then again yer talking to soomeone runing stockies on a 2 in.

i like the look of 33's on my 3 inch lift but soon i will be sittin on a 6.5 and 33's so more clearance

haha if it was mine i'd like it to. but i don't think 6.5 is a good idea if your a modorate wheeler.. to top heavy.
