Somewhere on the forum is a chart that tells what ratio will bring it back to stock specs. Meaning the speedo should read pretty close to correct and the speed to engine rpm ratio will be pretty much the same as stock tires with stock gearing. That’s where I got the 4.56 being what would be used with 33’s.

ppfpfpft.. who cares when the thread was started... if the information is useful and applicable. I'm all for dragging old threads out of the closet and giving them a good look through.
In my humble opinion, knowledge is knowledge. regardless of it's origin, or its initiation date.

For sure. Wasn’t resurrecting anything, just giving them links to useful information. Searches like that are actually what led me and I’m sure many others to CF in the first place.

Strongly recommend against this? its like saying i strongly recommend getting a lift. Its a personal choice, all i cut was the first little lip and its fine.I can still put my fenders back on if i want.It all depends on how and where you cut, if you do it right, it wont come out all hacked up.
