I run 35" Claws on my F150 and agree that they are pretty dang loud. My friends joke that they know when I'm getting close because they can hear them rumbling down the road. Also agree on them wearing fast, but if that isn't an issue for you, no problems. I've never had any problems with them on the trails, but if the mud gets thick, they do tend to clog up. I know some guys alternate cutting the lugs off for better voiding. Probably won't be an issue for what you're looking to do though. Mine are at the end of their life, and honestly, I'd buy them again if they weren't so flippin' expensive now.

How much do they cost anyways? I can get 4 with less than 200 miles on them, with soft 8 wheels for $700.
I can buy 4 rims for $250 from summit. I don't know what other tire I can get for $450 for a set of 4.

Or DuraTrac's. Mine have 30k + on em and like 50 percent tread. They are quiet on road, have a 10 ply tread, do surprisingly will in mud and insane in snow! You got my two Lincoln's..

I said itd be for cruising around, don't mean it's my daily driver. Lol. I have a minivan for that, then my Harley. So mileage is spread out quite well.
I'll probably pass on them. I saw those good years at Walmart for like $600 installed and out the door. I think I'll go that route.

About 30k is all your gonna get out of a set of mickey's. The soft rubber compound is great off road but asphalt eats them up fast. My experience and countless others.
