33's or 35's?
Ok, So I have a '93 Cherokee Country edition, with 3" lift and 1" coil spacers, and Rock Krawler Boomerang shackles in the rear. And my 33's just seem so small.
I am in South Dakota, and we have soom pretty good Rocky stuff here. Just wondering if the axles would hold up to 35's? I have D30 and 8.25 I'm not worried about clearance. My XJ is hacked up good anyways.

35's are fine. the D30 is a pretty strong axle... if you are worries you can get gusset kits cheap for the outer C's and even sleeves for the tubes

You will have GARBAGE for acceleration if you plan on using stock gears with 35's ...because I know for a fact, accelerating with stock gears and 33's, you aint gonna win any races...
And what exactly is the point of this?!?!?! ....other than saving money!?!?!
That is the stupidest thing Ive ever heard.

Well, my concern is that the axle shafts, u-joints and whatever else would be to weak to handle the 35's
I don't car at all about acceleration, it's just a toy, not a DD.
I heard the D30 locked would just snap the axle shafts with 35's

You can get alloy shafts. you have to remember the D44 and the D30 use the same u-joints. so you can just different shafts if you break one, or cary $30 JY spares...
