Default 6:30 AM search and rescue

so i got a call this morning at 6:30 from a buddy while was out hunting and in the dark he drove his Toyota pickup into a ditch. so i Drove 30 minutes and spent an hour trying to find him. then after i found him i winched him out. it was quite the event. The things duck hunters do....

Niice job!!!... i had to fish a lady in a poorley sagging cherokee in a ditch the other day !!

Tell your freind he should have bought a jeep then he could have drove out and wouldnt have had to wake you up

Aw hah thats pretty nice of ya.

i saw a pizza delivery car off the side of the road a couple days ago, the driver was outside wavin for help. so i stopped to check out the prob. it was in a teenny ditch. i would have pulled the car out of the snow using my jeep... but instead i got inside of it and reversed it out haha. e.z stuff

at least your guy's recovery is easy. here's mine...





And the hill it went down...



2 tires are broken off the bead and we dont know the rest of the condition of the truck...

lol yea. if he woulda had a jeep he coulda backed right out... lol. went snowboarding yesterday and got 2 hrs of sleep the night before. was lookin forward to sleeping in..... ahh well...

he was winching up a little buggy type thing up the hill since it couldnt do it and it was the only way out. So they hooked him up and i guess the buggy driver told the truck driver to just pull back. He did, stalled the truck, it went over a boulder off to the side of the hill (thats where he parked) and then landed on the sliders, once the rear tire hit it kind of launched it into a nose stand landed sideways and rolled down the hill.

Kinda depressing because i was going to buy it in a few months. No offense to all the XJ's but this thing is built better then most xj's ive seen. so i'd take it anyday over a cherokee
