My friend did the 6.1 conversion. His will be for sale after Auto-rama for 50k-ish. Sweet jeep but way too deep for my pockets.....

An offroad shop close to me did a Hemi swap in one of their shop Jeeps a couple years ago when my buddy worked there. Stock axles and 35's and they/he beat the crap out of it and never broke anything.
Just like in a XJ, the stock axles can take more then most people on this website and others give them credit for.
