You'll probably need a longer trac-bar, longer control arms or control arm drop kit, longer brake lines, and longer sway bar end links or sway bar drop bracket.

Then yes you can. You may have to get a drop pitman arm, do an sye for your rear transfer case output, axle shims on the rear inbetween the spring pearch and the leafs to make the angle a bit nicer otherwise youll go through u joints quicker, longer or adjustable track bar, some extended sway bar connecters cuz youll need longer connection for sway bar probably. This is ideally what would be the best thing to do. I may be forgetting something but I think I covered it all. Not to scare you away from doing it though from all the things but the angle of stuff at 5" of lift start causing problems so they need to be corrected. But some of these things you can get cheaper.

And also what Aquickmopar said (longer control arms or control arm drop kit, longer brake lines)

In other words it would almost be cheaper to get a whole new 4.5" lift kit.

Not necessarily. Normally from what Ive seen things like the SYE and sometimes longer brake lines and drop pitman arm may not be included in a new lift. But If your on a low budget then I would say the least you could get away with and be fine would be the lift shackles/spacers, drop pitman arm, and an SYE. Maybe also the rear axle shims. And upgrade the rest over time.
