About to start a lift
Ive been waiting for everything to come im for quite some time now but im finally starting either tn or tm but my question is should all the bolts come off easy if ive sprayed it 3 times with pb blaster once a day, not sure if thats enough? Is this the best way to go about this? Also the jeep is rist free with 58k miles and if pb blaster is the best way is 3 times enough or should i spray the bolts a few more times

First off....
Thanks again for your order!
Now,
Beg, Borrow, or steal an impact gun. Go to Harbor freight and buy a P.O.S. Chinese one if you have to.
Use it to TIGHTEN the bolts just a bit before trying to loosen them. It makes all the difference in the world.

The only bolt troubles I had were a rear lower shock mount twisting off, and a couple bolts getting seized in the rear leaf bushings. I ended up drilling out the lower shock mount and replacing it with a 5/8" grade 8 bolt. The rear leaf bushing wasn't bad because I was able to remove the shackle then pound the bolt back and forth with a hammer until it was free of the bushing. The front bushing bolt that was rusted in the bushing sleeve was more difficult, I worked at it with a sawzall and a hacksaw for a good hour or two before I said screw it, went and bought a angle grinder and cut the leaf spring off and cut the bushing out.
This was on a 99 with 130k miles and no visible rust, and I had only sprayed with liquid wrench once 3 days before starting and again just before starting. I think you'll be fine.
Edit: Oh yeah I used hand tools, no air available. Just make sure you have a good breaker bar and cheater pipe for the stubborn ones.
