Default Aftermarket Distributor for stockish 4.0L?

Anyone know if anyone makes an aftermarket distributor for the 4L that you dont have to redo the entire ignition system for? Im not set on MSD or anything but i cant seem to find anyone that builds one. ( im not replacing it for no reason either, my oil pump siezed up and took out the dizzy gear and cam. I thought about just doing a gear on it but the bushings dont feel super great so id rather not chance it again. )

A stock replacement will be less expensive than an aftermarket unit from D.U.I or any other place. You can get a reman from most parts houses.

That is the last resort plan but im a real bitter person, if it failed in 120k i do not trust another one of reman quality. Specailly with the fancy cam going in this time. Thanks.

The fact that yours failed at 120k is a fluke, mine has 178k on it and it shows no signs of failure (knock on wood). I know there are a lot of guys in this forum that have way more miles on their factory original distributor.

This is one way to look at it and i will put a stock one back in but am not a fan. I have put in too many reman parts from certain a manufacturer (not jeep just saying) and will no longer put them in anymore. I got tired of doing the job twice. (mechanic by trade) gives me a sour taste when things like this happen.
