Yeah, I'm going to upgrade the suspension with new springs and shocks and get new bushings for everything this summer. Just a little low on cash during the school year. That's why I'm looking for cheap little mods until I can get more hours in this summer

I want a heavier duty suspension (for trailer pulling) without any more than a 3" lift
Suggestions?

Dont buy rough country, seeing as your in school (i am to) it may be temping due to the cheaper price but i wouldn't recommend it.

I run a rough country and it hasn't let me down yet...3 in lift. Bought it new and put it on didn't get an already worn out lift like most people and then bash that company because it was junk when they got it!

I don't think this thread needs to devolve into another rough country sucks lift thread. OP, go over to the lift and tire thread and do some research. There are lots of good lift options that won't break the bank. But it's on you to do the research. I know you're young, but understanding the concept of do it right the first time is super important.

You have a good looking jeep btw.

Most people buy Rough Country new because it's the cheapest option. This thread, as was previously stated, does not need to become a pretty argument, but your assumption above is completely wrong.
