Ok, i've finally decided what i'm doing. My good friend's dad will be calling them later, since he is a lawyer, mostly just to scare them. However, we're also filing a complaint with the BBB, and we're calling News Channel 11, a local news station that does different segments on local businesses ripping of customers and other businesses. Last year they got just over $22 Million worth of services and products refunded and fixed. We'll see how they respond to that.

On a side note, one of the tech's left an unopened can of cherry pepsi in my car....yeah, it exploded. fortunately it only got on my seat covers, which were water-proof, and a little on the center console. Still, I'm very pissed about the shoddy workmanship and general lack of concern for the customer this place has shown!!

 

Better make sure they didn't charge you for that Pepsi, too. lol

Anyways, I'm glad you aren't just letting them get away with this. They either need to make things right or be exposed as the crooks they are.

yea, you my friend, have had THE worse experience of anyone i know, including myself with dealers, and ive had my fair share...it sounds like you are doing the right things...it sounds like its just one thing after another that your finding out about how bad their respect if for the customers with you finding that pepsi in there...ive had a pepsi blow up in my 98 ZJ when i had it with like new leather and carpet...i was pissed about that and that was my own fault for leaving it in there...i cant imagine how pissed id be if it was some one elses doing
