a bad axel ujoint and or a bad unit bearing will do it too! basicly check every suspension pice for worn or broken issues. the bolt in the axle for the trackbar usually comes loose too.

just look for loose bolts and tighten them and rotate the tires to see if it will help first. then look for issues to replace parts.

"02tj" bro your not helping him out at all.
It's your aliment that makes the death wobble. Which is what you got. You can fix this in your drive way for $0. There's more then likely some parts worn out that are making it dw but you can line it up real close and drive it without replacing them if moneys tight. Most of the time if it only wobbles it's the toe out. If it's pulling one way or the other then you'll have to go deeper. Pm me if you need me to walk you thro this in laman terms.

as said above you need to get underneath and take a look at the steering components. check for excess play in the tie rod and track bar. jack up the front axle and try and move the tires up and down back and forth to check ball joints. look at all the bushings. if these things are OK, tire balance and alignment could be an issue. is it only at a certain speed that you get the shakes?
