I have been pleased with Cooper Discoverer AT3. They have white letters but I had letters mounted inward. Available in 'P' (passenger), LT (light truck), and full-flotation (31",32",etc.). I prefer the P version for a daily driver on pavement and light duty off-road.

I've had at3 on my last truck and liked them as well! I haven't checked yet to see if they have stock tire size for my 2016

The AT3 comes in most any size. Here is a link for 2016 Grand Cherokee 245/70/17 http://us.coopertire.com/Customer-Ca...20Laredo&tab=0

also.. I've had at3 in past like I said and liked em. Would you recommend any of the other ones mentioned above? Mostly road driving but I live up north and we get a lot of snow .. and I take it on the lakes ice fishing and small amount of off road use going to tree stand and pulling into farmers fields

The only other Cooper I tried is the Discoverer HT (highway tire). On grass and on beach it would slip sideways with turns and easily spin from torque.
The Discoverer ATP would look nice on a jeep, slightly more aggressive than the AT3. I bet it would perform well also.

Worse case you can always paint the letters white yourself https://www.ebay.com/i/332072893191?chn=ps&dispItem=1
