So i feel the need to seek some outside opinion on the matter at hand...

The Basics:

I placed an order on the 15th of August with Ballistic Fabrication.
The week following i had emailed asking for a tracking number. Response i got was that they were going to be on vacation through the week.

The following week i send another email asking for a tracking number again. Response i got was that "he" will be out of the office through the week due to medical reasons.

(so i figure ok he's got some problems... still doesn't change the fact that i need a tracking number though)

THE FOLLOWING week i send another email again asking for a tracking number and get the response that my order will ship out next week..

(ok cool its finally gonna get on its way. But still i asked for a tracking number not "hey when are you gonna ship it out)

.... nothing comes in all through the week ....

So on friday i call them and display my questions and how i want answers...
The customer service rep goes on to tell me that 2 items on my order have been on backorder and should be in shop the following friday.

(UGH another 2 weeks then till it SHOULD be here)

I call the following friday just to be sure that the parts have arrived in shop and that my order will FINALLY be shipped.... My response from the customer Rep: We are still waiting on them. So i tell him "ok so ship me what you have"

Following thursday i get 2 of the 5 items on my order (supposed to be 3/5). So again friday i call and tell them to remove the items that are on backorder and refund the money then FINISH sending me my order. He agrees with apologies of how its gone so far and says he will personally go and pick them and put them in the shipping himself...

Today i figured "hey, maybe i should call and ask for a tracking number..." So i do so and find out they have shipped nothing!!! (again repsonded "oh i'll go pull that right now for the 3rd week in a row)


So basically a Month after my order date i'm still missing items on my order and have been lied to each week with promises of them being shipped.
PLZ do not waste your time with Ballistic Fab, they just do not care or have proper respect for their consumers

 

That's why they have been banned from pretty much every forum known to man.
