my jeep gets pushed through lots of tight trails, especially during hunting season and its yet to scrape or peel off, it also gets several thousand clicks of gravel road each year which anyone who runs gravel roads will know if you dont have mud flaps your rockers get severely chipped and mines goings 5yrs with the duplicolor and no chips yet.
Another option is paintable rubberized undercoating.
as for UV protection......my jeep is 23yrs old, with most of the original paint from an era when chrysler had notoriously bad paint to the point where some of cars were recalled for the low quality of the paint...except the jeeps go figure, the duplicolor is probably the best looking part of the exterior as it sits.
