If you have any kind of marketing experience you should know that a disatisfied customer will tell many times more people about a bad experience then a person that had a GOOD experience will tell others about the good service they received. Plain and simple... He shouldn't be getting reamed for voicing his opinion and experience in the "chat" section. Those of you pointing fingers and calling him names need to grow up yourselves and realize that YOU are not the ones that just shelled out 2 grand for an inferior product. It's easy to act tough behind a computer screen.. Just sayin... OP- hope you get it worked out!

Seriously I didn't make it the bottom of this thread but I have had my share of problems with rough country but only with a couple specific people. Everytime I have called an been polite but got my point across I got somewhere. No reason not to call them either. They are open quite late everyday. I font think the crossmember is bent. It took some massaging to get mine in place too. It's an aftermarket kit!!!!!! Your replacing almost every suspension component. An how the hell did u spend 2000. I got my 6.5" long arm a sye an a steering stabilizer for 1635 shipped. Maybe if you would have called Jason to start with you could have got that forum discount and had a good reliable point of contact with the company to help answer your questions. I'm pretty sure he knows just about all their is to know about that kit on an xj. An despite my problems with other people there he has NEVER been anything but super helpful an understanding even when it's their fault. He knows some of their stuff is screwed up am he has always fixed it for me, usually with an upgrade, and at no cost to me. Just saying if it the first lift you have ever put on maybe you should calm down a lil an ask some questions an figure out what's going on before getting all *** hurt about it. There's usually a simple solution to most problems.
